Curved Tile Roof

Making rectanglular roof tile fit on a curved roof.

The roof on this aircraft manufacturer's office is curved, but creating a curved roof tile would be difficult and costly. RTI was able to calculate the curves for each row and figured out that it was possible to carefully install rectangular tile within the spacing allowances of the manufacturer.

On this roof tile installation, our expertise allowed the customer to have the roof look they desired, without breaking the bank to make custom, curved roof tile.
